You give explicit, informed consent when submitting your membership application, event registration, or gallery upload — including consent to our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.
Processing is necessary to manage your membership, deliver benefits such as ID cards and certificates, and administer the events you register for.
Certain records must be retained to comply with our registration under the Societies Registration Act, FBR regulations, and the KP Charities Act, 2019.
We process limited data for organizational administration, security, fraud prevention, and improving our programs — always balanced against your rights.
